Your First Visit With Us!
Getting to know you as our new patient is our main focus, prior to helping you achieve optimal oral health! This is why you will first start with an oral meet and greet with Dr. E to help you both get to know one another. This is where you have the opportunity to discuss the following prior to receiving treatment with us:
Your Fears
If you have any fears, it is okay! Just let us know and our staff is more than willing to make sure we help to accommodate you through future dental examinations and treatments. We can also help to recommend certain treatments for your comfort with this knowledge up front.
Your Medical History
It is very important to make sure that ALL of your medical history is filled out as accurately as possible. Please let us know if you have any past or current medical concerns that need to be notated for future reference. Please also list any medications you are currently taking prior to seeking treatment with us!
Your Dental History
When was your last professional dental cleaning? When were your last x-rays taken? Any dental surgeries, presence of periodontal disease or oral cancer, broken or chipped teeth, broken fillings, or any other damage or pain currently occurring.
In addition to a meet and greet, during your first visit with us, you will also go through your first dental consultation with Dr. E and her dental staff to ensure proper care and treatment options if needed.
